Book Zero is the memoir I've been carrying since I was a child — the story of a killer who lived across from us, who wove himself into our lives, and who remained hidden in plain sight for decades. It's about solving what law enforcement couldn't close for 29 years. It's about what you build when the worst thing already happened and you're still here. Every chapter gets written from the camper, in real places, on the route my code says I'm supposed to be.
