SAFE Investment Agreement

Simple Agreement for Future Equity

Kate's Paint LLC dba The First Spark

This certifies that in exchange for the payment by the Investor of the Investment Amount set forth below, Kate's Paint LLC, doing business as The First Spark ("Company"), hereby issues to the Investor the right to certain shares of the Company's equity, subject to the terms set forth in this Simple Agreement for Future Equity ("SAFE").
