Purpose: Transition from external to internal operating mode.

II. Decompression

Notice what you're carrying. Name it without fixing it. Let the weight register.

Purpose: Acknowledge the real load before attempting to move.

III. Signal Check

Separate noise from signal. What actually matters right now versus what feels urgent?

Purpose: Restore accurate priority perception.

IV. Move Review

Assess recent moves without judgment. What worked? What didn't? What was learned?

Purpose: Extract insight without self-punishment.

V. Exit Clean

Leave with one clear next action. No overwhelm. No backlog. One move.

Purpose: Return to the game with precision, not panic.
